These terms apply to your use of the CSW Print order site and submission of artwork, order information, and proof decisions.
Order details and artwork
Provide accurate contact and order information. Only submit artwork you own or are authorized to use. You authorize CSW Print and its production providers to use submitted materials to prepare and fulfill your order. Submitting an inquiry or files does not by itself confirm a price, production date, or completed purchase; confirm those details with CSW Print.
Proof review and approval
Carefully check spelling, sizing, placement, colors, and artwork before approving. Digital proofs are references; final printed colors, sizing, placement, and appearance may vary slightly from your screen. We do our best to produce orders accurately. Once approved, CSW Print is not responsible for misspellings, incorrect information, or artwork errors approved on the proof, subject to applicable law. Use Approve or Request Changes on the proof page.
Changes, payment, and fulfillment
Pricing, deposits, payment arrangements, delivery or pickup dates, and any cancellation or refund terms are those communicated for your specific order. Contact CSW Print promptly about changes or concerns. Production changes may affect cost or timing. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site, access another customer's information without permission, or upload unlawful material. Keep your order and proof links private. Contact us if you believe a link or proof decision has been used without authorization.
Order notifications only — no marketing
When you agree to order notifications, you authorize CSW Print to contact you at the email address or mobile number you provide about your order, including proof review, order questions, invoices, production status, and pickup or delivery. Messages may be sent automatically. This permission does not include promotional or marketing emails or texts.
Message frequency varies with your order. Message and data rates may apply. To stop order texts, reply STOP or contact CSW Print; for help, contact us below. Contact us to stop order emails or arrange another way to communicate about your order.
